The Resort is accessible via Taveuni Island Matei Airport, 8 miles off Matangi Island. All guests are met on arrival by the Resort’s mini-van driver for their car transfer to the landing for their boat transfer across to Matangi Island. The car & boat transfers take approximately 45-minutes. Charges apply.

Oceanview Bure x 4

Situated on the southwestern side of the Resort with ocean views. Bedding consists of 1 King bed. (Additional single bed can be added). Each bure has a different interior décor so no two are exactly alike.

Beachfront Bure x 4

situated on the western side of the Resort facing the beach. Bedding consists of 1 King bed. (Additional single bed can be added).

Treehouse x 3

Situated on the western side of the Resort with Jacuzzi and day bed on a large private deck. Bedding consists of 1 King bed only.

Beachfront Treehouse Villa with Plunge Pool

The resort’s most luxurious and spacious Treehouse right on the beach with a private plunge pool, wifi, smart TV and private dining.

  Meals are served in the Vale‑Ni‑Kana Dining Room, just metres from the beach with 270° ocean and garden views. Matangi’s cuisine reflects tropical surroundings, Fijian heritage and South Pacific flavours, featuring fresh local fish and seafood, imported meats, salads, garden vegetables, tropical fruit, freshly baked breads and desserts. Menus use the finest seasonal ingredients. A wide selection of Australian and New Zealand wines, French Champagne, tropical cocktails, rums, beer and premium spirits is available.
